Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All requests for cancellation must be made in writing/E-mail and sent to the conference secretariat. The Cancellation Policy is as follow:

  • Till 30 September, 2025 - 25% cancellation fee, 75% refund.
  • From 1 October, 2025 to 30 November, 2025 - 50% cancellation fee, 50% refund.
  • From 1 December, 2025 to 15 January, 2026 - 75% cancellation fee, 25% refund.
  • After 16 January, 2026 - No refund

** GST will remain non-refundable.

The refund process will be completed within 45 days of completion of the conference.
